1. Party offering the test
01Spare is offered by Technologie Spare inc. as a controlled test. Requests may be sent to support@spare.cool.
02No payment, paid subscription or Québec consumer distance contract is accepted until a compliant checkout is active.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
01You must have legal capacity and use Spare only on devices and accounts you are authorized to administer. You must provide accurate information and protect your access credentials.
3. Installation and permissions
01Every integration is optional and off by default. Spare directs you to official settings but never consents on your behalf or bypasses system safeguards.
02You can skip a permission, close a presentation, pause the app or remove an integration at any time.
4. Sponsored presentations
01A presentation should appear only during an eligible wait and end when the wait ends. Formats are clearly identified as sponsored and must not impersonate an AI response or system alert.
5. Revenue sharing
01The current rule allocates 80% of advertising revenue actually received and distributable from valid presentations to the user share and 20% to platform operations. Refunds, chargebacks, taxes, channel fees, fraud and uncollected amounts are not distributable revenue.
02No fixed amount, wage, return, display frequency or advertising availability is guaranteed. Payout features will activate only after required legal, tax and payment controls are in place.
6. Integrity and prohibited use
01You must not fabricate or replay events, automate interactions, bypass limits, alter visibility measurements, impersonate a device or seek an improper payment. An anomaly may lead to a pause and review, with an opportunity to contest.
7. Intellectual property
01Spare, its interface, code and documentation remain the property of their owners. The test grants a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence, subject to mandatory legal rights.
8. Availability and updates
01A test release may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn for security, compatibility, maintenance or compliance. Material changes affecting rights or personal information will be announced appropriately.
9. Suspension and ending use
01You may stop using Spare and request account closure. We may suspend access that threatens security, violates law or shows serious fraud indicators, then provide a reason and review channel where reasonably possible.
10. Liability and mandatory rights
01Spare does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intentional or gross fault, privacy obligations and mandatory consumer rights. Any limitation must be read consistently with applicable law.
11. Governing law, complaints and language
01Québec and Canadian law applies to Québec-directed use without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections in their place of residence. Complaints may be sent to support@spare.cool.
02The French version is offered first and remains available at all times. After reviewing it, a user may expressly choose English. For a Québec user, the French version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
